| Despite what
appears to be a workaholic lifestyle, Mark loves spending plenty
of time with his family. Happily married to wife Marcia for 32 years, he’s the father of three children, ages 24, 27 and
30.
As his kids will verify, he’s quite
the dork at home. “Party time” for Mark is sitting by the pool,
reading and relaxing.
He has a love for oddball TV
channels (like the GameShow network, the NASA channel and
TV Land), helping others through charity work and personal support.
He’s a political junkie and
armchair public policy wonk.
Mark is unashamed of his
Midwestern work ethic and occasionally schmaltzy sentimentality.
He also has a penchant for puns and corny jokes. Please pray for
his family.
Active in a variety of charitable
organizations, Mark served as Chairman of Media Fellowship
International for several years. He is also a founding board
member and Chairman of the Family Heritage Foundation. He’s also
served as past chair of San Diego Youth for Christ and Prison
Fellowship International. A member of Shadow Mountain Community
Church, he appears regularly with his pastor, Dr. David
Jeremiah, on
Turning Point. The program is heard every weekday
on over 2,000 radio outlets worldwide. He’s also heard on the
new nationally televised broadcast of
Turning Point.
