Lauren Kitchens holds undergraduate degrees in Music & Communications from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa OK & her Master's degree in Radio, TV, & Film from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.

Her 22 year background in Media includes hosting a Morning Show on the Family Channel, TV News Reporting and On-Air Radio shows for Salem Radio Network, Clear Channel Communications, Sony Worldwide and American Family Radio.

Lauren is also a college professor having held positions at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville,TN and Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles, California.

She was runner-up & talent winner in Miss Mississippi America, first runner up to Miss Mississippi USA & Top 10 Miss Virginia.

Lauren appeared as a repeated guest on Bill Maher's Politically Incorrect, received The Arvella Schuller Award from Dr. & Mrs. Robert Schuller & The Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, CA and hosted an entertainment show on TBN with John Tesh.

Lauren began her life in the same town as Elvis and the best catfish you can put in your mouth, Tupelo, Mississippi. She said her first word at 6 months of age and hasn't stopped since.

Lauren is an only child who loves to laugh hard, eat sweets, give big bear hugs and remind people of their extreme value and worth. She adores her parents and greatly anticipates the glorious day she will see her beautiful Mom again in heaven.

Lauren does not believe in acquaintances and her passion is getting to the core of every soul she meets. One of her goals in life is to let folks know just how special they are no matter what their shoe-size, pocketbook size or size of their britches.

Lauren currently lives between Nashville, TN & Tupelo, MS with her husband and their little girl Channing. She also has 3 bonus children Olivia, Miller & William. Lauren loves animals & has more dogs than you can imagine and dreams of having a big ole farm with a wrap around porch:)
